I've started working with a physiotherapist due to the lingering pain in my back and pelvis. It turns out that my problems are not only mostly confined to the right side but also are in different parts of my body than I'd thought they were.
The very congenial but thoroughly evil physiotherapist I'm working with has started me on some "core strengthening" exercises that I can barely do at this point. I guess that's a good sign that they're needed. But daily? For the rest of my life?
Surely a day that shall live in infamy.
