By my rough estimate, I've traveled 1,650 km getting to work and back, since I started this summer. I could have gotten to the headquarters in Ottawa and back, then nearly done that again. Between the cycling and my no-carbohydrate granola fetish, I'm finally turning around the years of creeping weight gain. Also, I'm getting to know the east end pretty well, at last.
