It's been one of those months, where every time I turn around something's gone sideways. The new espresso machine's on the blink. I discover that I was dinged for $30.53 by a car rental agency back in 2012 for a toll highway I've never used.
Well, something went right.
The car rental company has agreed to refund the fee from someone else (probably their own employee, they think) using the rental car on the 407. The woman I dealt with was a downright pleasure to work with. Thank you, Advantage Car Rental, here's a plug.
