I have to say I approve of the Japanese Internet/catalog market. Things arrive in a timely fashion, delivery costs are next to nothing, and you can generally find decent quality goods. What a difference from ordering stuff from North America.
Again, I find myself thinking to our own business aspirations. I hope "Caritas" will find a home in that 'channel'.
If it doesn't work, it isn't a failure. It's data.
