twenty-seven years and one million words

Toronto, 2005.07.10

Drove the long trek back into the city under blistering heat. This Summer we've had a slightly different kind of hot and humid in Toronto. Instead of the typical ~27C and 80% relative humidity, it's been a few degrees hotter and a bit drier. Not quite 'Vegas weather, but still pretty fncking hot when you're crawling across the 401 through the 905's A/C or no.

Boy that last sentence was pretty heavily codified.

rand()m quote

It has always seemed strange to me...The things we admire in men, kindness and generosity, openness, honesty, understanding and feeling, are the concomitants of failure in our system. And those traits we detest, sharpness, greed, acquisitiveness, meanness, egotism and self-interest, are the traits of success. And while men admire the quality of the first they love the produce of the second.
